Paula Swain

Paula Swain is the EVP of Human Resources at Incyte. Paula was previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at DuPont Pharmaceuticals from January 1992 to December 2002. Paula was responsible for Global Human Resources.

Paula Swain has a BA in Psychology from Rockhurst University.
