Richard Knisell

Richard Knisell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality Management at Incyte since October 2022, Richard previously held the role of Senior Manager of Quality, Security & Compliance at IDEMIA, where significant achievements included halving open customer complaints within three months. Prior positions include serving as the NA/China Plant Group Quality Lead at Ashland, where Richard enhanced compliance and knowledge of GMP standards, and Director of Global Insurance and Director of Quality at Firmenich, managing insurance and quality control for numerous facilities worldwide. Richard's career began at Campbell Soup Company, progressing through various quality assurance roles over 15 years. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Juniata College.
