Robert Connelly

Robert Connelly is an accomplished executive in the field of regulatory operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Regulatory Operations at Incyte since February 2021. In this role, Robert oversees all facets of the business, including personnel management, budget oversight, and the delivery of over 3,000 marketing and investigational submissions annually. With a strong emphasis on global submission planning and regulatory information management, Robert leads a diverse team of approximately 30 professionals across multiple regions. Prior to Incyte, Robert held senior leadership positions at Certara, GlobalSubmit, ViroPharma Incorporated, and GlaxoSmithKline, where contributions included directing product management for regulatory science software and global submission operations. Robert holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from La Salle University.
