Stephanie Lyke

Stephanie Lyke is an accomplished clinical trial expert currently serving as the Director and Senior Clinical Trial Head at Incyte since February 2025, where Stephanie leads atopic dermatitis program oversight from Ph1 to Ph3. With extensive experience in clinical project management spanning over two decades, Stephanie has previously held significant roles such as Associate Director at FSP Advanced Clinical and Johnson & Johnson, managing clinical trials and operational activities. Previous positions include Project Manager at INC Research and Translational Drug Development, where Stephanie oversaw oncology trials and regulatory affairs, respectively. Stephanie also has a strong engineering background, having worked as a Senior Biomedical Engineer at Guided Therapy Systems and as a Quality Engineer II at Bard Peripheral Vascular, contributing to various medical device developments. An educational foundation in Biomedical Engineering (MS) from Northwestern University and Mechanical Engineering (BS) from Iowa State University supports her expertise in the field.
