Iva Therene

Iva Therene has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Iva started as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Kempinski Grand Hotel Des Bains in 2004. In 2005, they worked as an Assistant Hotel Manager at Villa Utsikten. Iva then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as an Operations Supervisor, where they gained experience in front office management and trained on hotel policies and procedures. In 2007, Iva worked at Suncani Hvar Hotels in various roles, including Spa Manager, Head Concierge at Hotel Adriana, and Assistant in Corporate F&B, where they gained experience in food and beverage management. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Head of Operations at MYConcierge, where they successfully grew the team and increased productivity and revenue. Currently, Iva is the Head of Group Trips at Indagare, responsible for the strategic development of the department and managing the Group Trips product lifecycle. Iva also handles strategic partnerships and is in charge of the department's P&L.
