Maciej Lissowski

Maciej Lissowski has extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Maciej has held various leadership positions and advisory roles in notable companies.

From 2021 to present, Lissowski has been serving as the Vice President of indaHash, a leading international agency specializing in influencer and content-driven marketing. In this role, they co-manage the agency, handles strategic partnerships and alliances, and oversees operations in the CEE and DACH regions.

Prior to their role at indaHash, Lissowski was an Advisor to the Management Board and Mentor to the Top Managers at the same company from 2020 to 2021. Maciej provided support in business development, HR, client service, and overall management.

Before joining indaHash, Lissowski was actively involved with BETTER., where they served as an Advisor and active supporter on the Better/B Corp Advisory Board. BETTER. focuses on PURPOSEFUL marketing, Diversity-Equity-Inclusion, and social dialogue.

From 2019 to 2020, Lissowski served as the Managing Director of Agencja Warszawa, one of the largest independent agencies in the Polish market. Maciej played a pivotal role in building and providing a fully integrated marketing offer, with a focus on e-commerce, customer service, and consumer experience.

Lissowski had a significant tenure at Publicis Poland, where they held multiple roles. Maciej began as the Deputy Managing Director from 2010 to 2013 and later assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer until 2019. Maciej led all Publicis Poland companies, overseeing business operations, negotiations, legal matters, new business development, and profit and loss management. Notably, they played a crucial role in building full media mix capability, with a strong focus on new media and digital platforms. Lissowski worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including technology, FMCG, finance, automotive, and more.

Prior to their time at Publicis Poland, Lissowski worked at Ogilvy, where they held several significant roles. Maciej served as the Managing Director at OgilvyAction, leading the company's growth and introducing new capabilities in activations, event marketing, experiential, and digital last mile. Maciej also held the positions of Deputy Managing Director and Regional Business Director EMEA (Procter & Gamble), where they had regional responsibilities and managed key client relationships.

Lissowski began their career at Young & Rubicam, where they held various roles, including Group Head, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive. During their time there, they managed accounts for clients across industries such as FMCG, consulting, aviation, and more.

Lissowski started their career as an Account Assistant at Lintas, where they gained experience in account management, strategy support, and regional coordination.

Before entering the advertising industry, Lissowski worked as an Account Executive at Logo Art, one of the first advertising agencies in Poland. Maciej managed accounts for clients in various industries, including manufacturing and healthcare.

Maciej Lissowski pursued their education at the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law and Administration from 1989 to 1994. Later on, in 2011, they enrolled in postgraduate studies at the same university, focusing on Varsavianistic studies, and completed the program in 2012.
