Maciej began as the Deputy Managing Director from 2010 to 2013 and later assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer until 2019. Notably, they played a crucial role in building full media mix capability, with a strong focus on new media and digital platforms. Maciej served as the Managing Director at OgilvyAction, leading the company's growth and introducing new capabilities in activations, event marketing, experiential, and digital last mile. Maciej also held the positions of Deputy Managing Director and Regional Business Director EMEA (Procter & Gamble), where they had regional responsibilities and managed key client relationships.

Lissowski began their career at Young & Rubicam, where they held various roles, including Group Head, Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executive. During their time there, they managed accounts for clients across industries such as FMCG, consulting, aviation, and more.

Lissowski started their career as an Account Assistant at Lintas, where they gained experience in account management, strategy support, and regional coordination.

Before entering the advertising industry, Lissowski worked as an Account Executive at Logo Art, one of the first advertising agencies in Poland. Maciej managed accounts for clients in various industries, including manufacturing and healthcare.

Maciej Lissowski pursued their education at the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law and Administration from 1989 to 1994.
