Stefanie Mandl-Cashman

Stefanie Mandl-Cashman, Ph.D., serves as Chief Scientific Officer at Indapta Therapeutics and is the Founder & Principal of SMC BioConsult, LLC. With over 20 years of experience in leading Biotech ecosystems, Stefanie has a proven track record in advancing immunotherapies, including adoptive cell therapies, bi-specifics, and vaccine-based approaches. As a founding member of Chief, a network for senior women leaders, Stefanie advocates for women's empowerment within the workplace. Previously, Stefanie held several leadership roles at PACT Pharma, Cidara Therapeutics, Bavarian Nordic, BN ImmunoTherapeutics, and Exelixis, with a focus on drug development and translational research for cancer therapies. Educationally, Stefanie earned a PhD in Immunology from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed postdoctoral work at Stanford University.
