Hugo Rajotte

Hugo Rajotte has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Hugo began their career at Lannick in 2015 as a Business Development Associate, where they focused on finance, accounting, and technology recruitment. In 2016, they joined Vision Critical as a Sr. Business Development professional, responsible for retail, CPG, tech, telco, and healthcare industries. Hugo then transitioned to a Team Lead role and eventually became an Inside Sales Manager for the APAC region. In 2018, Hugo joined InDebted as a Sales Director, where they applied machine learning, behavioral analytics, and omni-channel communications to transform the debt collection process. Hugo later became Head of Growth and subsequently Head of Client Success. Currently, Hugo holds the position of Vice President of Growth at InDebted.

Hugo Rajotte completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services at Seneca College from 2014 to 2015.
