César Guerra Camargo

César Guerra Camargo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Coordinator SIG at Indecopi Oficial since January 2016, César also contributes to academia as a University Teacher at Grupo UTP, specializing in information security and computer audit tools. With a strong background in technical consulting since January 2011, César has advised on accreditation guidelines and international safety standards. Previous roles include positions at Indecopi Oficial as a Specialist Engineer and Consultant Coordinator at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. César holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Master’s in Systems Engineering, complemented by various certifications in process management, public management, automation, and information security.
