Mona Sheth

Mona Sheth currently serves as Senior Director of Learning & Development at Indeed.com, overseeing the strategy and success of the Leadership and About Indeed teams since September 2011. In previous roles at Indeed, Mona has trained internal leadership, created a comprehensive leadership development program, and facilitated multiple successful training initiatives. Additionally, Mona owns and operates Coaching By Mona, offering executive and organizational coaching services, and is a Certified Professional Coach following training at Columbia University. Mona began their career as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
