Sarah Prigoff

Sarah Prigoff serves as the Director of Employee Experience and Culture at Indeed, a position held since August 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing the integration strategy and cultural alignment following Indeed’s acquisition of Glassdoor. Prior to this role, Sarah held several leadership positions at Glassdoor from April 2018 to October 2025, including Director of Talent and Performance Management, where enterprise programs were designed to enhance leadership capability and organizational performance. Sarah also directed the global talent strategy, managed performance review cycles, and supported various functional areas. Earlier experiences include roles at Blue Apron and Uber, where Sarah contributed to HR initiatives during significant growth phases. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University.
