Chandana HG has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Chandana started their career at Wenger & Watson Inc. in 2005 as a Consultant, and gradually progressed to become a Lead Consultant and then a Manager Talent Acquisition until 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant on Deputation at Philips TPVision, where they focused on staffing needs for the Consumer Electronics TV unit. In the same year, they also joined Wenger & Watson Inc. again as Manager- Key Accounts, specializing in technical recruitment and client management. Chandana continued to gain experience in HR, working as an HR Generalist at AstraZeneca India Pvt Ltd from 2016 to 2018, where they were responsible for end-to-end HR activities and building a strong team of professionals. Currently, they are an Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition & Management at Indegene, supporting different business units in hiring talent at mid and senior levels. Chandana'sexpertise lies in recruitment strategy, project management, and hiring for various roles in non-technical, technical, and functional domains.
Chandana HG pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR) from J N N College of Engineering in Shimoga. Chandana completed their degree between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained their MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from JNNCE during the same period.
