Chithra Prasad Rao

Chithra Prasad Rao has extensive experience in business excellence and analytics within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Indegene since November 2017, Chithra leads initiatives toward data-driven business excellence. Previously held positions include Vice President at Decision Resources Group, where responsibilities included establishing a delivery team in India, and various roles at Indegene Lifesystems, culminating in Director of Research Analytics and Insights, overseeing multiple practices while ensuring high client satisfaction and revenue targets. Chithra's earlier experience includes management roles in project and client delivery at PharmARC Analytic Solutions and Anglo-French Drugs and Industries, as well as academic experience as a Lecturer. Chithra holds an MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a B.Pharm from Government College of Pharmacy.
