Mandagondi Ujwala

Mandagondi Ujwala has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2012, Ujwala worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Signure Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where they focused on comparing and comprehending the marketing strategies of various e-commerce companies. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee at Transaction Analysts (India) Pvt. Ltd. Ujwala then joined ZS Associates in 2014 as a Business Analyst. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Novartis as an Analyst in SFE and later as a Senior Analyst. In 2018, Ujwala served as an Interim SFE Manager at Sandoz. Mandagondi then joined Eli Lilly and Company in 2019 as an Associate Consultant. In 2020, Ujwala worked as an Operations Intern at Urban Company, where they focused on the onboarding process and improving conversion rates. Currently, they are working at Indegene as a Business Development Manager since 2021, and is also serving as the Corporate Planning Manager since 2023.

Mandagondi Ujwala completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology at National Institute of Technology Warangal from 2010 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Management (MBA) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2020 to 2021.
