Nandita Prasad

Nandita Prasad's work experience begins with their role as an Associate Manager in Strategic Initiatives at Indegene, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at ICICI Bank as an NRI Product Manager from March 2019 to November 2021, where they were responsible for managing NRI products and improving digital platforms. Before that, they held the position of Manager and Process Consultant at Jana Small Finance Bank from March 2018 to March 2019, where they worked closely with senior management to implement initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Nandita also served as an Assistant Manager and Transformation Associate at Janalakshmi Financial Services from June 2017 to February 2018, overseeing strategic projects and ensuring successful implementation. Additionally, Nandita has experience as a Managing Partner at an entrepreneurial venture called Head2Toe Beauty Salon, where they managed the business operations and contributed to the well-being of the girls at IIM Lucknow. Nandita also worked as a Summer Intern at Businesswolf.org, where they performed sales strategy analysis and conducted research on the impact of policies on the business environment.

Nandita Prasad completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, between 2015 and 2017. Nandita also holds a Professional Certification in Digital Marketing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Lucknow University, Lucknow, from 2011 to 2014.
