Pramod H P

Pramod H P has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being at Indegene as a Talent Management Lead since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at British Biologicals as a Senior Executive - HR from July 2017 to July 2019, where they handled recruitment and campus placements. Before that, Pramod worked at Test Yantra Software Solutions as an HR Executive from August 2015 to July 2017, where they were responsible for non-IT recruitment and HR operations. Pramod'scareer began at Biocon as an HR Trainee from November 2014 to June 2015, where they handled onboarding, documentation, and employee records.

Pramod H P completed their Bachelor of Business Management degree in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University, a program they attended from 2009 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, Pramod pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in HR and Marketing, also at Bangalore University, from 2012 to 2014.

Pramod H P has also obtained an additional certification in "LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT" from KPMG India in March 2016 and "INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE INTERNET AGE" from Indian Law Institute in November 2015.
