Shalini currently works as the Vice President of Business Development at Indegene, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor at GLG, specializing in Digital Health, Medical Devices, and Commercial Innovation.

In 2022, Shalini worked as a Motivational Speaker at Better Our Best, focusing on helping individuals become a better version of themselves. Shalini also held a role as an Advisor to Lundbeck Pharma through the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.

From 2021 to 2022, Shalini worked at Abbott as the Commercial Head for the Americas region. Before that, they were the Global Commercial Head at Ascensia Diabetes Care, focusing on Interconnected Diabetes Management and Digital Health.

From 2012 to 2019, Shalini was a Partner and Global Head at Wipro Health Business Unit, where they led the Commercial Launch Excellence and Patient Centricity division. Shalini contributed significantly to advising pharmaceutical and medical device organizations on patient-centric incubation, digital health, and commercial innovation.

Prior to Wipro, Shalini held roles at Evalueserve and LiquidHub Analytics, where they focused on global business development and pharmaceutical consulting.

Shalini began their career at WNS Global Services as a Senior Analyst, specializing in Business and Commercial analysis for GlaxoSmithkline.

Throughout their career, Shalini M. has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as patient engagement, value-based care, FDA regulations, digital health, and commercialization strategies. Shalini has consistently achieved triple-digit growth in their commercial practice and has successfully launched innovative programs globally.

Shalini M. pursued an Executive Program in U.S. Health Reform at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from Delhi University. Shalini also holds an MBA in International Business from Amity University. Furthermore, Shalini obtained an Honours degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. Shalini's educational journey began with the completion of their XIIth degree in Commerce from Holy Child School.
