Ann Verghese has a diverse work experience in human resources. Ann currently works at Indegene as a Lead HRBP, where they partner with the business and stakeholders across functions to establish goals for employees and drive the performance appraisal process. Prior to this, they worked at Tejas Networks, where they held multiple roles such as Assistant Manager - HR, Human Resources Business Partner, and Senior Executive HR. In these roles, they were accountable for executing employee assistance programs, leading HRMS implementation, and administering various HR plans and procedures. Ann also worked at Zoondia Software Pvt Ltd as an HR Business Partner, where they managed the HR function, led HR initiatives, and advised senior management on various HR matters.

Ann Verghese, SHRM - CP, has pursued several educational and certification opportunities in the field of Human Resources.
