Vidushi Dauneria

Vidushi Dauneria has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vidushi is currently working as a Senior Manager in Leadership and Organisation Development at Indegene since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Certified Executive Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since June 2017. From January 2022 to December 2022, they served as the Head of Talent Management at Excitel Broadband. Vidushi also had a role as a Senior Manager at Paytm from March 2021 to October 2021. Vidushi worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited as a Deputy Manager from December 2015 to February 2021. Before that, they served as a Summer Intern at Oriflame in May 2014. Their earliest work experience was as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys from November 2010 to April 2013.

Vidushi Dauneria completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology in Bhopal, with a duration of four years from 2006 to 2010. Vidushi then pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, which lasted from 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they also obtained a Master in Management degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Vidushi Dauneria has obtained two additional certifications. In February 2019, they received the "Distinguished HR Business Partner Professional" certification from Aon. In June 2020, they obtained the "Certified Assessment Expert" certification, also from Aon.
