Arba Stoddart

Arba Stoddart's work experience includes a role as a Principal Research Analyst at Independence Blue Cross since 2022. In this position, they design, code, and implement daily and monthly reports for higher management, providing analysis on important statistics regarding provider claims, inquiries, and member enrollment. They also design and maintain a Claim Oscar Detail and Member Claims Enrollment application.

Prior to this, Arba worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Independence Blue Cross from 2007 to 2013. During this time, they were responsible for developing the National Provider Identifier Crosswalk API and Online Inquiry Tool, which was a project mandated by HIPAA regulations. They worked on developing DB2 sub modules, collaborating with the project manager in requirement analysis, and preparing work break down structures. They also developed functional specifications, detailed design documents, and test scenarios and data, and worked on java and connectivity modules to support the back end DB2 stored procedure.

Arba Stoddart completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Drexel University from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, Arba attended the University of Tirana and obtained a degree in Mathematics. In addition, Arba received a certification in "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
