Carrie Montgomery

Carrie Montgomery is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in voice systems engineering and management. Currently serving as Principal Telecom Engineer at Independence Blue Cross since October 2021, Carrie previously held leadership roles at Tower Health, where responsibilities included Supervisor of Voice Systems Engineering and Lead Voice Systems Engineer. Carrie has also contributed to Pepco Holdings, Inc. as Voice Systems Engineer IV, and has held various engineering and analyst positions at NHS Human Services, TEKsystems, Access Group, Genesis HealthCare, and the University of Pennsylvania.
