Christopher Cashman

Christopher Cashman is currently the Director at Independence Blue Cross. Prior to this, they held the position of AVP Communications Manager at Bank of America from March 1998 to July 2005. In this role, they led and influenced a Best in Class Communications team supporting organizational objectives. Christopher was also responsible for developing and executing the strategic Communications plan throughout the conversion from Fleet to Bank of America and successfully merging 2 Intranets, across 35 departments, on time, and under budget. Additionally, they managed team performance, organizational priorities, and analytical abilities; achieving optimal client satisfaction while maintaining a 100% employee retention rate throughout the transition to Bank of America.

Christopher Cashman received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rosemont College.
