Dana Bernetich

Dana Bernetich, CPA, currently serves as the Lead Analyst for Regulatory Data Insights at Independence Blue Cross, having previously held roles as a Senior Analyst and Senior Regulatory Auditor within the same organization since January 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at EY from September 2016 to January 2021, where Bernetich functioned as a Senior Consultant in Business Consulting, overseeing significant aspects of SOX compliance and complex audit areas across various industries. Notable achievements during this period include leading the SOX workstream for a pharmaceutical/software company and coordinating multi-service line engagements. Bernetich began an academic career as a Division I student-athlete and captain of the University of Richmond Women's Varsity Soccer team while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. Additionally, Bernetich has international experience from a semester abroad at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has developed early career skills in recruitment and client interaction through internships.
