Emily Brown

Emily Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Enlightened REI, LLC since March 2019, Emily has also held multiple roles at Independence Blue Cross since November 2016, including Senior Client Services Analyst and Customer Service Associate. Previous experience includes working as a Claims Customer Service Representative at The Loomis Company and a Medical Receptionist at Welsh Mountain Health Centers. Emily began a career in healthcare as a Personal Care Aide at Romyn’s County Home Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
