Erin Fitzgerald Bender

Erin Fitzgerald Bender is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Associate Deputy General Counsel and previously as Senior Counsel at Independence Blue Cross since February 2015, Erin has developed a strong expertise in this field. Prior to joining Independence Blue Cross, Erin practiced as an attorney in the Labor & Employment Department at Fox Rothschild LLP from September 2008 to January 2015. Erin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School, earned between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish from Dartmouth College, completed from 2000 to 2004. Erin is an alumnus of Moorestown High School, having graduated in 2000.
