John Clark

John Clark is an accomplished software developer and project specialist with extensive experience at Independence Blue Cross since April 2004, where responsibilities have included troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues, performing system checkouts, and creating reports for problem management. Prior to this role, John served as a senior service desk professional and worked as a contractor with Ajilon, providing application support to the City of Philadelphia's Mayor's Office of Information Systems, Blue Cross, and Computer Sciences Corporation. John holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Penn State Abington and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
