Sherri Leatherman

Sherri Leatherman currently serves as the Director of Underwriting for Premier Accounts & Emerging Markets at Independence Blue Cross, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sherri Leatherman accumulated extensive experience at AmeriHealth Administrators, where tenure lasted from January 1995 to January 2023, advancing through the ranks from Senior Underwriter to Manager of Underwriting, ultimately becoming the Director of Underwriting. Sherri Leatherman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in Business Administration from Penn State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
