Tara Kuchinski

Tara Kuchinski is an experienced Senior Care Management Coordinator at Independence Blue Cross since January 2023, previously serving as a Care Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from January 2011 to April 2023. Prior to that, Tara held care coordination roles at Magellan Health Services and ValueOptions, Inc.® from October 2009 to December 2010 and February 2007 to October 2009, respectively. Tara holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Professions from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.
