Tessa Pelger

Tessa Pelger, MPH, MBA, currently serves as a Population Health Program Manager at Independence Blue Cross, where responsibilities include developing performance outcome reporting for value-based care and utilizing care gap reporting to enhance patient outcomes. Previously, Tessa worked as a Production Assistant at Live Nation, supporting large-scale music tours, and contributed to various research initiatives at institutions including AJ Drexel Autism Institute and Drexel University. Tessa has experience in international development through a competitive scholarship with World Vision in Lesotho and has held management roles at Connection Training Services and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. Tessa's educational background includes a Master of Public Health, a Master of Business Administration, and a Global Health Certificate from Drexel University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Temple University and a Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
