Todd Borow

Todd Borow is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare and corporate law. Currently serving as the Associate Deputy General Counsel at Independence Blue Cross, Todd has previously held significant positions including Senior Counsel and Associate General Counsel at AmeriHealth Caritas, as well as Corporate Counsel roles at Integra LifeSciences, Sonomed Escalon, and Aptalis Pharma (now Adare Pharma Solutions). Todd earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Emory University.
