Joseph Sines

Joseph Sines is an experienced construction professional with a background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent at Independence Construction since March 2023, Joseph previously held the position of Land Development Superintendent at K. Hovnanian® Homes from October 2020 to March 2023. Prior to this, Joseph worked at Avery Dennison in multiple capacities including Coating Line Tech and Coating Operator, as well as a Field Engineer at Kokosing Industrial. Early career experience includes serving as Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at Cleveland Construction, Inc., and a Grounds Keeper at the University of Toledo. Joseph's foundational experience includes a project engineering co-op at Donley's, Inc. Joseph holds a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo and has completed other relevant educational programs in construction.
