Jamie Howard

Jamie Howard has extensive experience in the offshore drilling industry, with a career spanning from June 1989 to the present. Currently serving as Rig Manager at Independence Contract Drilling since November 2021, Jamie has previously held multiple roles at Rowan Companies from 1993 to August 2021, including Offshore Installation Manager for various projects, primarily with Saudi Aramco. Jamie's career began as a roustabout and progressed through positions such as roughneck, derrick man, and driller. Prior experience includes working as a textile worker at Burlington, an ITG Company, before entering the oil and gas sector.
