Jeff Maschka

Jeff Maschka currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Delivery Services at Independence Pet Group since October 2023. In addition to this role, Jeff has been an Advisor at Lexico since November 2017 and has held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer at HealtheFirst since July 2018. Previous experience includes a Customer Success Executive role at Naehas from July 2021 to October 2023, and a Senior Director of Strategic Program Delivery at Shutterfly, Inc. from August 2016 to February 2021. Earlier in the career, Jeff served in various consulting and leadership roles, including Senior Program Consultant positions at UnitedHealth Group and Cargill, and as Senior Management Consultant at ExceleraRx Corp. Jeff has also held key leadership roles at Univita Health Inc and Long Term Care Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Winona State University.
