Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Independence Pet Holdings since June 2023, Jennifer previously held the role of Director of Legal Compliance at Independence Pet Group from January 2022 to June 2023. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Allstate as Manager of Group Product Compliance, transitioning from National General Insurance, where responsibilities included managing legal compliance during significant acquisitions. Jennifer's career began at Assurant Health, where a variety of roles, including Supervisor of Regulatory Compliance, established a strong foundation in regulatory guidance and contract management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and various legal certifications from notable institutions.
