Mallory Babika

Mallory Babika, SHRM-CP, SHRM-TA, currently serves as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Independence Pet Holdings since March 2025. Previously, Mallory held multiple roles at Embrace Pet Insurance, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of People Operations and Culture, from January 2020 to March 2025. Mallory's experience also includes serving as Director of Programs and Interim Executive Director at Domestic Violence Shelter and Services, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing operations and staff training. As the Founder of Tackle Domestic Violence, Mallory organized awareness initiatives and fundraising events. Additionally, Mallory has served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Pilot Air Freight and lead promotional model at MKTG INC. Mallory holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Cleveland State University.
