Independent Finance began its journey in 2006 as the mortgage consulting arm of the Betterhomes Group. Two recessions and a decade later the company decoupled from its promoters after a management buyout. In 2021 the business was rechristened “Independent Finance & Realty”. In its new avatar, we use our expertise to raise the mortgages and our network to source the properties. The new business model has proved very effective resulting in above-average growth. The company is now gradually scaling up, in process delivering above-average incomes for its consultants.
