Yasmin Smith

Yasmin Smith is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People & OD Lead at Independent Age since 2019. Prior to this role, Yasmin held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources at The Prince's Trust from 2012 to 2019, and spent a decade as the Head of Human Resources at Bell Educational Services Ltd from 2002 to 2012. Yasmin's educational background includes a BA Hons in Social Science & Administration from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MA in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University.
