Rich Newman possesses extensive experience in various sectors, primarily in finance and consulting. As President of Insight Business Services since June 2011, Rich has led the provision of payroll, income tax, and bookkeeping services. In addition, Rich serves as a Licensed Insurance Agent while also holding the position of Independent Associate - Senior Director with LegalShield since October 2017, focusing on identity protection and legal access. As President of Insight Analysts, Inc. since January 1998, Rich specializes in designing employee surveys and HR consulting. Previously, Rich contributed as Academic Program Director at Everest Institute, teaching accounting courses, and began a long career in tax consulting with RL Newman & Associates. Rich's early career at RG&E included managerial responsibilities in HR planning and development. Rich holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
