Aaron Gloates

Aaron Gloates is a music industry professional with a background in sociology and journalism from the University of Oregon. Currently serving as a Music Touring Assistant and Agency Trainee at APA Agency since February 2023, Aaron applies skills developed while interning at Primary Wave from September 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing over 300 streaming and playlisting projects and producing detailed reports. Previous experience includes working as an Amazon Critical Film Scholar at The Center for Intersectional Media and Entertainment, analyzing data from 300 films to assess demographic representation, and serving as a barista at Peet's Coffee, where training new employees and conflict resolution were key responsibilities.
