Sonia Summers

Sonia Summers is a board member at the Independent Beauty Association. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of Beauty Strategy Group from January 2016 to January 2022. Beauty Strategy Group is a brand incubator that creates strategic plans and tactical marketing plans to sell into various retail channels. Prior to that, they were at Beauty Barrage. Before that, they were at Valeant Pharmaceuticals from December 2006 to February 2008 as Head of Marketing & Sales for Kinerase Skincare. Sonia was also at Avon Products from June 2001 to April 2004 as Director of Branding. Additionally, they were Chief Marketing Officer at One World Live from July 2008 to January 2010. Most recently, they were Vice President of Marketing & Sales Strategy at DuWop Cosmetics from June 2004 to December 2006.
