Stan Katz is a board member of the Independent Beauty Association and has over 26 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Stan is the owner of Cosmetic Index and was previously the CEO of Cosmetic Mall, a successful online cosmetic retailer. Stan is also the co-owner and founder of West Cabot Cosmetics, which later became Cabot Labs. Cabot Labs is known for introducing Vitamin E to cosmetics, Henna to mainstream haircare, and Musk to the masses.
