Ashley Booth

Ashley Booth is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and team management. Currently serving as a Team Member at ICM Independent Case Management since July 2025, Ashley previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Tractor Supply Company from January 2024 to July 2025. At UAMS - University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, from January 2016 to January 2024, Ashley contributed as an HR Solution Center Consultant, overseeing essential HR business processes such as onboarding, staffing, and employee relations.
