Lindsay Todd OBE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and regulatory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Non-Executive Commissioner and chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery, Lindsay also holds positions as Independent Trustee at Progressive Building Society and member of the Disciplinary Panel for the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board. Additional engagements include serving on the Investment Committee at Queen's University Belfast, chairing the N.I. Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR)
The Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) will provide information to families, victims, and survivors of Troubles-related deaths and serious injury, and promote reconciliation. The ICRIR will be established by the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act. The Rt Hon Sir Declan Morgan has been identified as Chief Commissioner-designate of the ICRIR.
