Lia Ramirez Siebert

Lia Ramirez Siebert is an experienced product advisor and interim executive leader, currently serving as an independent consultant since July 2022. With a specialization in early-stage consumer products, Lia has held significant roles such as Vice President of Product at Cleo, where leadership was provided to a team of 35 in the fintech sector aimed at enhancing financial health for Gen Z. Previous roles include Interim Head of Product at Redesign Health, leading the MVP design for a modern physical therapy practice, and Director of Product at Strava, where Lia was instrumental in establishing the Denver office and developing strategies for product and revenue integration. Lia holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
