Andrew Sullivan

Andrew Sullivan is a Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), with previous experience as a Director of Legal at SNC-Lavalin. Prior to that, Andrew worked as a Legal Counsel at IESO and an Associate at Bennett Jones LLP. Andrew also has experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Tax Court of Canada and in various legal positions at Stikeman Elliott LLP, Justice Canada, and Bruce Power. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor (J.D) from the University of Ottawa and a Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
