Goce Jankuloski

Goce Jankuloski, MASc, P.Eng has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Goce is currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Ontario Power Generation for nearly a decade, holding different roles such as Operational Effectiveness Supervisor, Model Developer, and Application Analyst. At Ontario Power Generation, Goce was involved in designing and implementing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure for storage of Big Data, conducting market and transactional analysis, and assessing risks related to market operations compliance and surveillance.

Before joining Ontario Power Generation, Goce also gained experience as a Power Electronics Intern at ABB Corporate Research, an Analytics Intern at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, a Web Development Intern at MaRS Discovery District, and as an Associate Director of Research and Development and Senior Software Engineer at Modiface Inc.

Goce Jankuloski, MASc, P.Eng, received their MASc degree in Power Systems from the University of Toronto in 2014 and their BASc degree in Engineering Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the same university in 2012. Goce obtained their P.Eng certification from Professional Engineers Ontario in 2018. In 2023, they are expected to obtain certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from the University of Toronto, as well as an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018.
