Isha Shah

Isha Shah currently serves as the Lead Data Scientist at Roblox since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Data Scientist at TikTok from April 2021 to June 2025, and prior to that, Isha worked at Meta as Team Lead in Data Science - Trust & Safety, where responsibilities included developing a measurement algorithm using various machine learning techniques. Earlier, at First Republic, Isha led the Datahub Private Wealth Management team, utilizing clustering algorithms to analyze client data and enhance investment management strategies. Prior positions also include data analysis roles at PwC, The Plum Tree Group, and a graduate teaching assistantship at the University of Illinois Chicago, where Isha tutored students in operations management and system analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology.
