Jesse-Ross Cohen

Jesse-Ross Cohen serves as Senior Legal Counsel at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) since February 2023. Previously, Jesse worked as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from September 2021 to February 2023 and at Goodmans LLP from October 2015 to June 2021, specializing in corporate/commercial, technology, and environmental/energy litigation. Jesse's legal career began with a summer position at Goodmans LLP focusing on corporate and securities law and includes research assistance on oil sands and pipelines at Osgoode Hall Law School. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
