Nina Gokhale has extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, currently serving as Workforce Planning Lead (Secondment) and Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) since June 2021. Prior to this role, Nina held the position of Lead, Talent Acquisition at Mastercard Foundation from March 2019 to June 2021, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving access to quality education and employment for young people. Nina's earlier career at CIBC spanned over a decade, during which various roles in talent acquisition were undertaken, culminating in a Senior Manager position. Additional experience includes teaching English at Academie de Lille and working as a medical translator for the University of Valenciennes. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Business French and Translation Certificate from Ryerson University.
