Donna Kaidou-Jeffrey is a Senior Economist with extensive experience in economic analysis and policy formulation. Donna has worked in various capacities with organizations such as the Caribbean Development Bank, the Ministry of Finance in Saint Lucia, and the University of the West Indies. Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting, a Diploma in Regional Trade Policy, and a Master of Philosophy in Economics. Donna's expertise includes macroeconomic surveillance, policy research, and development finance in countries such as Grenada, British Virgin Islands, Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Turks and Caicos Islands, and more. Donna has also conducted research and authored policy documents on topics related to economic development.
